Sustainability is central to the UWC mission and at UWC Adriatic we educate and equip our students with the necessary knowledge and skills to become real changemakers in the challenging world we live in. Sustainability is intersectional and students are learning to consider and evaluate this complex and delicate concept from an environmental, ethical and economical perspective.

UWC Adriatic is taking active steps to raise awareness of what it means to live sustainably, and offers a concrete example within our College community. We are constantly striving to improve what we do and to empower students’ initiatives and ideas.
