Chic Boutique: Reusing fashion, stationary & toiletries

Chic Boutique: Reusing fashion, stationary & toiletries

The ‘Chic Boutique’ is our school’s second-hand store, located in an unused room on the top floor of the Kartaus, our school building. Twice a week on evenings, it invites members of our community to acquire free clothing items, accessories, stationery, and toiletries. All of these items are collected from staff members and students – donated mostly as they prepare to leave campus after two years.

The store is operated by students – and supervised by a teacher – and runs as a College Job. Each academic year, we offer a large bazaar to provide easy access to reusable items thus reducing the need to buy new things. The activity and cooperation with FWH exists since 2015, when the service program launched at the College.
