What we offer staff working for the UWC International Office

This section applies to roles at the UWC International Office only. Conditions may vary for roles at UWC schools, colleges or other affiliated organisations. 

As part of a commitment to our employees, UWC International offers the following:

UWC International London and Berlin

• Hybrid working –  we operate hybrid working arrangements, with at least 20% of the week worked in the office and up to 80% worked from home. 
• Flexible working hours – our standard working hours are 38.5 hours per week. We support flexible working and are happy to discuss different patterns.
• Generous annual leave – 28 days of annual leave plus 8 public holidays (pro rata for part-time or fixed-term roles).
• Paid leave for personal growth – up to two days per year for volunteering or up to two days per year for study leave.

UWC International – London only
