Luftey and Deborah Siddiqi have been contributing to advancing educational innovation within the UWC movement, particularly by supporting the launch of the Systems Transformation Pathway at UWC Atlantic.

This unique curriculum, initiated in 2023, focuses on transformative change, systems leadership, and just futures within the core International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum. They hope that their contribution will inspire other funders to support educational innovation across the UWC movement, fostering systemic thinking and preparing students to address contemporary global challenges collaboratively.
