LIU Global College is part of Long Island University and offers a bachelor’s degree in Global Studies built around immersive international experience. Founded in 1965, the programme combines academic study with fieldwork across Europe, Latin America, the Australia–Pacific region and North America. Students build cross-cultural understanding, language skills and practical experience, then complete an independent research project at a global centre before ending their studies in New York with a final project and thesis.

Scholarships for UWC graduates
From 2026 entry, UWC students can access two scholarship routes. Merit scholarships cover a set percentage of tuition for four years, with top awards covering full tuition for US students and most tuition for international students. Additional alumni scholarships can cover remaining tuition costs plus the University Fee and Global College Centre Fee. Awards are based on academic performance and financial need.

Eligibility and how to apply
Scholarships are open to all UWC graduates applying to LIU Global College. Candidates apply directly and LIU makes final selections based on academic achievement, potential and socio-economic background. Timelines will be shared with UWC university counsellors.
