We are pleased to invite all UWC alumni in Denmark to a dinner where we can connect across generations, hear about the exciting work our alumni are doing, and enjoy a convivial evening together.
Last year, we gathered 100 alumni spanning five decades (see photo above) – and we are delighted to continue the tradition!
This year, we will also hear from one of our alumni who will share her experience driving the green transition through the private sector:
Nina Möger Bengtsson (UWC South East Asia) – with degrees from CBS and Oxford and previous experience in the European Parliament – now serves as Transformation Director at Octopus Energy.
Octopus Energy is the UK’s largest energy supplier, with more than 7 million customers, and the country’s biggest investor in solar and wind parks.
Nina has also been recognized by Berlingske as one of Denmark’s top business talents.
We are fortunate that the Confederation of Danish Industry (DI) is generously providing the venue free of charge, and that UWC Denmark is contributing to the catering. To cover costs, there will be a modest participation fee, which includes a delicious dinner and open bar.
The dinner is not limited to Danish alumni – we warmly welcome UWC alumni from other countries living nearby.
You are also very welcome to bring a guest who shares an interest in UWC’s mission, even if they have not attended UWC themselves.
