Solar for Dover

Solar for Dover

Rooftop solar is installed on all suitable buildings, funded by student and community partnerships.

The seed for this idea was planted in the mind of a student in Grade 5, and by the time he graduated he established this community initiative to install solar panels on the roofs of our campus. After eight years of community and corporate support, the planned project was completed with the installation of 1905 solar panels that generate at least 12% of the campus’ electricity over the course of the school year.
