Haggar DMCC is the regional headquarters of Haggar Group, established in South Sudan in 1904 and present today in 8 sectors across 6 countries in Africa. Haggar builds long-term positions in Agriculture, Energy, and ICT to provide the architecture and foundation for sustainable development across the continent.

In 2013, Haggar Group signed an agreement with UWC to fund a two-year scholarship biennially for a high-performing student in Sudan, selected by UWC Sudan’s Selection Committee. 

Haggar UWC scholar Abrar, who completed the two year International Baccalaureate programme, lives by the motto “Don’t tell me the sky’s the limit when there are footprints on the moon”.
