We are responsible for the accounting and financial management functions within UWC International, ensuring adherence to best practice and compliance with statutory reporting requirements as well as supporting the operational teams to deliver services in a financially sustainable manner. While the team’s primary focus is on the financial management of UWC International, we also play a significant role in facilitating, helping and improving the various services provided to the wider UWC movement. To this end, we work with the UWC International Board, schools and colleges, national committees and donors not only to support their work but also to develop strategies and processes to make the whole movement more financially sustainable.
