UWC Day - UWC Sweden

UWC Sweden gladly invites all alumni to celebrate UWC Day with us in Malmö, on the 21st of September. It will be a social event with a selection of vegetarian and vegan options, with refreshments. It’s also a golden opportunity for you to meet old as well as new faces in our community. This year’s global theme for UWC Day is Shaping a Sustainable Future and what better way to do that than come together and work on our outreach, to reach new potential UWC students.

We will be doing “arts and craft”, creating self-inspired posters and each one being unique. It will later be distributed by the Swedish National Committee, in Malmö. Focusing the outreach on socio-economically challenged areas of the city. These posters will help us provide different perspectives and be an inspirational outreach where the student can feel connected to the creator (and their UWC vision).

We will all need to do our part and lay the foundation but our current and coming students are the future, and the ones who will shape a sustainable future!
